Morna was born on the West Coast of Scotland and educated in Dubai, where she performed in Dubai's first Musical Youth Theatre. She gained a first class honours degree in Acting from University of Central Lancashire, studied briefly in France and is now based- for the moment- in Scotland.

We have pleasure in welcoming Glenna Scacchi Morrison as a client.

Although Glenna comes from the very north of Scotland, she has worked extensively in English roles, the BBC’s Casanova being just one.  The film Hearing Things in which she had the lead role, won Best Film at the Moondance Festival in 2008.  Her experience encompasses improvised comedy and situation comedy and although for some time Glenna has largely appeared on screen, she is equally versatile in theatre drama.  She toured the UK and Ireland in a hugely successful 4 hander version of Trainspotting.

Laura has an interesting and varied background. She has had successful careers in modelling and PR and worked for some time as a PA to the Editor of The Sun before training in acting at RSAMD.  She then went to Cambridge University to qualify as an English and Drama teacher before finally deciding to focus on acting and she is currently writing a book!

As part of the Edinburgh International Film Festival's In Focus event on Friday 19 June he'll be introducing a double bill of screen plays written by Peter McDougall and directed by John MacKenzie.  The first play, 'Just Another Saturday' starred a young Jon and went on to win the Prix Italia Award.  In the second play, 'The Elephant's Graveyard', he co-starred with Billy Connelly.  Jon will be part of the Q & A session after the screenings which start at 15.45 at Filmhouse 2.
